This is a place reserved primarily to advocate for those with OCD as well as other mental conditions by: creating awareness; stopping social stigma; informing about resources, barriers and challenges; providing useful information for everybody suffering from OCD and mental illnesses in general, as well as the ones who care for them.
You will also find positive reinforcement information, notes, general tips, photos and interesting videos.
I am an OCD survivor, not a sufferer.
